Magazine Advertising
Full payment is due prior to the magazines being printed. We give approximately 10 days’ notice before each payment is required.
4 & 8 Month Advert Bookings
We won’t ask you to pay the full amount to get your discount just a commitment to pay on time each month as per the terms above.
Leaflets
Full payment is required before commencement of design or print or delivery.
Methods of Payment
We accept payments by BACS, CHAPS or Bank Transfer. We are also able to take debit or credit card payments via telephone.
VAT
Vat is not applicable for Community Magazines or Leaflets.
Final artwork or any changes to your advert must be approved by you on or before final deadline dates.
If you have booked a 4+ month package and wish to change the advert for the second or subsequent insertion, it is your responsibility to ensure that any new advert or change in information reaches us before the relevant booking/copy deadline date.

You are welcome to supply your own artwork however we offer a FREE design service with any advert booked with us.
If you have your own artwork it can be submitted in the following formats: MS Word, MS Publisher, TIFF, JPG, JPEG, High Resolution PDF, PSD or AI. Your artwork may have to be reset by us and colours converted from RGB to CMYK. Images need to be 300 dpi in order to look their best. You must have legal consent to us any images, logos, trademarks or copyright in your artwork. A minimum bleed of 5mm all round is required. Please email your artwork to info@locallifemags.com

We reserve the right, that all Printed Materials, Adverts, and Social Media content that we design on your behalf remain our copyright and cannot be used in any other publications or social media sites without our permission.
